Kristina Broyles, AuD, CCC-A
Kristina Broyles is an Audiologist at Midwest Hearing Aid Center, LLC. Dr. Broyles is dedicated to providing compassionate and outstanding care to her patients. She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from young children to older adults.
Dr. Broyles holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the state of Kansas. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her Clinical Fellowship at the Kansas City VA Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to her Audiology career, Dr. Broyles was a middle school math teacher in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Dr. Broyles and her husband have two cats and one dog. She enjoys cooking and baking. Her family enjoys football, camping and playing board games.
Amy Nunnelee, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. Amy Nunnelee is an audiologist at Midwest Hearing Aid Center, LLC. She loves using her experience to find solutions for each individual’s specific needs
A native of Savannah, GA, Dr. Nunnelee received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Correction from Armstrong State College (1996), her Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center (1999) and her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University (2012). Dr. Nunnelee has extensive experience in fitting hearing aids and thoroughly enjoys working with adults of all ages. She has been practicing in the Kansas City area for over 20 years. She joined our practice in May of 2021.
Dr. Nunnelee is married and has two teenaged sons. She enjoys reading and watching KU basketball in her free time. She and her family enjoy spending vacation time in the mountains of Crested Butte, CO.
Constance (Connie) Zuroske, APRN
Connie Zuroske is a board certified advanced registered nurse practitioner. She received her BSN from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and her Master’s Degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Connie has over fifteen years of experience as a nurse practitioner in an ENT office and has been employed at Midwest Ear Nose & Throat since 2016.
Connie grew up on a farm in south central Nebraska. She enjoys biking, swimming, running and spending time with family.
Guerin M. Smith, MD
Guerin M. Smith MD, is a board certified otolaryngologist, focused on providing excellent and compassionate care to patients in Olathe and the Greater Kansas City communities. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno as an undergraduate followed by medical school at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He completed a five-year residency in otolaryngology at the University of Louisville in 2020 prior to joining Midwest ENT. Empathy and shared decision-making are core principles of his practice.
Dr. Smith is interested in the entire spectrum of otolaryngology practice. He enjoys treating patients of all ages, from young children to older adults. He is especially interested in allergy and sinus, thyroid and parathyroid disease, oral cavity and oropharyngeal benign and malignant disease. He treats a broad spectrum of acute and chronic ear disease in both children and adults. This includes otitis media and externa, ear perforation, hearing disorders, cholesteatoma vertigo, and sudden hearing loss.
Dr. Smith’s young family includes his wife and son. He is happy to return to the Kansas City area where he was raised. He enjoys playing tennis, biking and camping with his family.
